Research Agenda

I examine policy narratives used in current urban policy debates in Moscow using the NPF. I focus on 3 salient urban policy debates: a housing renovation program, public transport reforms, and waste management policies. I aim to answer the question of how digital media are used to strategically construct narratives in a nondemocratic regime.
